How a Custom Build Works
Consult
A 30-minute call to understand your mission, routes, riders, and constraints — before anyone talks vehicles.
Design
HLE's engineering team produces the floor plan, spec list, and estimate. You review real drawings, not sketches.
Build
Your vehicle is constructed at the Wakarusa, IN facility — as quick as 13 weeks. Specialty equipment lead times (an imaging machine, for example) often drive the timeline more than the build itself.
Deliver
We walk the vehicle through with you, train your team, and set up the support relationship before handing over keys.
Wrapped In-House. Delivered Finished.
HLE has a full in-house graphics team — your vehicle wrap and graphics are designed and installed at the plant as part of the build. That's rare in this space: most builders hand you the keys and a referral to a graphics shop. Your build shows up wrapped, branded, and ready to work on day one.
