Blue Ridge Bus Sales was founded in 2025 by Eric and Mark Sebast — a father-and-son team whose family has been selling buses since 1987. After two generations serving operators in the Northeast, we brought that experience south, because operators across the Southeast deserve the same depth of product knowledge, manufacturer access, and post-sale support.
We're an authorized dealer for High Level Enterprises (HLE) shuttle and commercial buses — built in Wakarusa, Indiana — and FR Conversions mobility vans on Chrysler, Toyota, Ford, and RAM platforms. We also deliver HLE's custom specialty builds: bloodmobiles, mobile classrooms, mobile medical and dental units, secure transport, and ADA configurations of nearly anything you can put on wheels.

Eric leads BRBS day to day. A second-generation bus dealer, he’s spent his career helping operators spec, buy, and run shuttle fleets — and moved with his family to Greeneville in 2024 to build that same dealer experience in the Southeast.
Mark Sebast
Greeneville, TN
Mark co-founded BRBS with Eric and has been selling buses since 1987. His decades of manufacturer relationships are the reason BRBS carries authorized-dealer status — and the reason our customers get factory access, not broker treatment.
Chuck Hylton
Knoxville, TN
Chuck covers East Tennessee and the surrounding region. He came to BRBS from Dilmar Oil, where he ran business development across Tennessee, with a deep B2B commercial-sales background serving municipalities, colleges, and government — plus 10+ years with NASCAR as a technical inspector and pit-road official.
Jimmie Lawson
Greensboro, NC
Jimmie covers the Carolinas and Virginia. He brings 25+ years of sales leadership across home services, roofing, and restoration — most recently as VP of Sales at Presidential Title Group, and before that as a partner running sales across NC, SC, and VA.
